We are pleased to quote on your requirements as follows;MAST, SUBSTRUCTURE, AND DRAWWORKSMast
- Fabricate and supply 105’ telescopic mast of square tubing construction, maximum 375,000 lb hook load with eight part line.
- Fabricate and supply pipe racking board c/w sheeting. Install 12 ga. sheeting in top section of mast at the racking board location - 4200 meters of 4” pipe.
- Install ladder the full length of the mast on the drillers side.
- Fabricate and install water table frame and crown walkaround c/w handrail. Crown sheaves, shafts, bearings, pedestals, etc., are included.
- Supply and install tong counterweights and tie back lugs. Sheaves for counterweights are to be included.
- Supply and install sheaves and latching mechanism for extending the top section of the mast. - -- Supply and install bridle lines to extend top section.
- Supply drilling line anchor.
- Install pan to support load block during transport.
- Install roller blocks for making and breaking the pipe joints.
- Racking board to hold a minimum of 4,200 metres of 4” pipe.
- Supply and install 4” standpipe and 2” circulating line.
- Extend the mast ladder an additional 3’ beyond the bottom section and install platforms complete with fixed handrails on both sides of the mast.
- Install Geronimo post on the off drillers side of the mast.
- Fabricate and install removable ladder on the bottom section of the mast to provide clearance for driller’s console. Mount the weight indicator.
- Supply and install lugs for the top drive unit in the top section of the mast. Add top drive beam. - Install cover over lug for future use when drive is installed.
- Supply and install a folding casing stabbing board.
- Weld ½” diameter collars in the bottom of the mast for drainage.
- Install lug brace in the bottom section of the mast to hand the block.
- Fabricate and install easy rider post in the crown frame, complete with greaseable pins.
- Fabricate and install pedestals and plates to mount two PL-8 tugger winches on the back of the mast and the survey winch.
- Supply and install 12 ga. sheeting on 3 sides of the monkey board frame.
- Supply and install lugs on monkey board for top drive.
- Supply and install all safety cable lugs.
- Supply and install pads to cover fingers on monkey board.
- Supply and install top drive (Victory 350)
Substructure
- Supply and fabricate one step down substructure being 14’4” wide with a drilling floor height of 15’ 0”. Table rating of 375,000 lbs.
- Supply and install 17 ½” rotary table.
- Supply 12 ga. wall panels complete with double doors and tarp rods to enclose the cellar under the drilling floor.
- Cross brake and counter sink wall panels.
- Install bird bath and checker plate flooring on the drilling floor.
- Supply access stairs on each side of the sub structure from the drawworks deck to the drilling floor, complete with handrail, both sides.
- Supply 3’ 6” handrail around the drilling floor and drawworks as required.
- Fabricate and install lugs at the well centre to secure snatch blocks for pulling the drawworks skid onto the substructure.
- Install and supply four sheaves complete with side plates and removable pins for the 2 tugger winches at the water table frame.
- Supply and install alligator pipe racking in the bird bath. Supply and install bird bath cover panel covers fabricated from Perfo grip.
- Install brackets for light fixtures under the stairs. Install openings for the water and steam lines in the panels.
- Fabricate and install two snubbing posts on the drilling floor, each side of the V-door opening.
- Install 1 ¼” x 3/16” bar grating in the drilling floor.
- Fabricate marker tube for well centre. Fabricate removable ladder to access the loading skid in the cellar.
- Install shelf to mount hydraulic valve bodies in the cellar. Fit and weld brackets for the hydraulic lines.
- Install pipe in sub skid to pin pontoons to sub.
- Supply and fabricate lifting plat for the 9” diameter x 3,000 lb. BOB stack.
- Supply and install skidding lugs on sub.
- Box both sides of rotary table beams with ½” plate.
- Box main table beam with ½” plate.
- Supply and install two only 5 x 5 x ½” tubing under the rotary table.
- Two outriggers on loading skid to accommodate 5” upright tubing.
- Fabricate and install drain pipe for Kelly hose in the drilling floor. The drain in plumbed out the side of the substructure to the mud tank.
- Supply and install BOP carrier, track, and rollers in the cellar.
- Supply and install mudline in sub.
- Supply and install leveling jacks.
Drawworks
- Supply and fabricate skid to unitize the motor, drawworks, and mast in one unit for shipping.
- Supply and install TSM 850 hp drawworks.
- Supply and install elevated drive.
- Supply and install Waterous 60 Series floor motor c/w 6061
